At Lisa Graham Hearingcare, our experienced and friendly team is dedicated to providing expert hearing care in a relaxed and welcoming environment. From your first phone call to your appointment in the clinic, we are here to ensure you feel comfortable, supported and well looked after.
Lisa Graham RHAD BA (Hons) MSHAA – Hearing Aid Audiologist
Lisa has been a Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist since 2005. Before entering the hearing care profession, she gained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies, providing a strong foundation for her future in healthcare and business.
Lisa previously worked within the flagship store of a large national high street hearing care provider, where she was quickly promoted to Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist. During this time, she received significant professional recognition, being awarded Regional Hearing Aid Audiologist of the Year in 2011, followed by National Hearing Aid Audiologist of the Year in 2012.
Her passion for providing exceptional patient care led Lisa to establish her own independent hearing healthcare practice in 2018, allowing her to offer a more personalised and patient-focused service.
Lisa believes every patient should receive a comprehensive hearing assessment, a demonstration of hearing aid technology, and clear choices and options, enabling them to make informed decisions about their hearing care. She is committed to delivering a friendly, professional service built on trust, expertise and long-term relationships.
In August 2021, Lisa opened her own dedicated premises on Hill Street in Corbridge, providing patients with greater access to her services in a relaxing and comfortable clinical environment. As the practice has grown, she has expanded her team to include specialist ear wax removal clinicians and a hearing care assistant, ensuring patients can access appointments promptly.
Outside of the clinic, Lisa enjoys spending time with husband and her twins, Zack and Elise, and relaxing with her dog, Fudge.
Jo – Hearing Care Assistant & Ear Wax Removal Specialist
Jo joined the team at Lisa Graham Hearingcare in June 2025. With a warm, friendly approach and a genuine passion for patient care and wanting people to hear as well as they can, she quickly became a valued member of the clinic.
Jo has worked in the hearing care industry for a number of years, bringing valuable experience and knowledge to her role. She now holds a dual position within the practice as both a qualified Hearing Care Assistant and Ear Wax Removal Specialist.
In her role as a Hearing Care Assistant, Jo supports patients with six-monthly hearing aid check-ups, hearing health checks and service visits, helping to ensure their hearing aids continue to perform at their best. She also provides professional ear wax removal using safe and effective techniques.
Jo takes pride in making every appointment relaxed and reassuring, particularly for patients who may feel nervous. Patients often comment on her calm manner and the care she takes to ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Outside of the clinic, Jo has recently taken up golf and enjoys spending time on the course in her spare time.
Maggie – Ear Wax Removal Specialist
Before retiring from the NHS, Maggie worked for many years as a District Nurse across the Tyne Valley, caring for patients throughout the local community.
Maggie has extensive experience in ear care and ear wax removal, and her love of ears brought her to Lisa Graham Hearingcare. Her clinical background and caring approach help ensure patients feel comfortable and reassured during their appointments.
Outside of the clinic, Maggie enjoys spending time on her allotment and going for walks with her Labrador, Rosie.
Alison – Patient Care Coordinator
Alison is one of the friendly voices and faces that welcomes patients to Lisa Graham Hearingcare. As our Patient Care Coordinator, she plays an important role in ensuring every visit runs smoothly from the moment patients first get in touch.
She helps patients book appointments, answers questions and ensures everyone feels comfortable and well looked after when they arrive at the clinic. Alison is also highly skilled in providing first-line support for hearing aid users, helping patients troubleshoot common hearing aid issues and offering practical guidance and reassurance when needed.
She brings valuable experience from her background in hospitality and health club management, helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of the clinic.
In her spare time, Alison enjoys going for walks and spending time outdoors.
Jill – Patient Care Coordinator
Jill is another key member of our reception team and is often one of the first people patients speak to when contacting Lisa Graham Hearingcare.
Before joining the clinic, Jill worked as a dental nurse, but she has happily swapped her love of teeth for a love of ears. She supports patients with appointments and enquiries, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while providing the friendly service our patients value.
Jill is also highly experienced in providing first-line support for hearing aid users, helping patients troubleshoot common hearing aid issues and offering practical guidance and reassurance when needed.
Outside of work, Jill lives on a farm surrounded by cows and sheep, so life is never quiet for long.
Fudge – Clinic Mascot 🐶
Fudge is our much-loved Cockapoo and unofficial clinic mascot.
Often found greeting patients with a wagging tail, Fudge helps create the warm and welcoming atmosphere that many patients comment on when they visit the clinic. She especially enjoys Fridays, when she looks forward to welcoming our Corbridge patients and supervising the team from her favourite spot in reception.
Our team – and Fudge – look forward to welcoming you to the clinic.
